Better to ask them privately, I think...

Sure seems to me that if SAE wants to stop anybody from purchasing CDs, the best way they could achieve that would be to tell us there's a sale in the offing. Not sure what would be in it for them, though.

No, not at the Mo. If SAE do sell any which you mention, its a very small selection only, I remember a few Digit/Beat were on sale, but never Music Box.

SAE had a 65% sale last year on two/thirds of Quartet titles that only cost $7.95. They still have good titles some are OOP at Quartet's site.

The whole point of sales is to move stock which has been sitting around for far to long.

Yes of course. But if SAE announced "Big sale on all Bay Cities and Chapter III titles starting the first week of May," they would pretty much guarantee nobody would buy a single copy in April. My point is only that for this reason, sales are almost never announced until they happen, or a couple of days before. So the question if there will be any sales "soon" (suggesting "Should I hold off?") puts SAE in a position that doesn't benefit them.

Bumping up this old thread to ask if SAE will have a sale on it's own label this week???

Not SAE, but:
* Digitmovies offer 20% discount until November 26, 2018 (and "special delivery to have a iflat price of 15 euro for the shipping costs");
* BSX offer 25% discount until November 27, 2018.

Codes were in their latest e-mails...

SAE has continued to have small sales (posted on their main page, but unannounced here). Still hoping for an SAE label sale. I'd ask, but it's probably something they don't want to say until it happens.
