So I did a crazy thing.
It took me two years of work off and on, but using various "unofficial releases" and the isolated surround channels from half a dozen international blu-ray mixes, as well as the archival cuts, I managed to assemble a complete score for Blade Runner as it appears in the Final Cut. Every cue, every edit -- everything, with no dialogue, and only a couple of brief, unobtrusive bits of sound effects. (Those isolated surround channels were GOLD.)
Having done this I can see 1) why Vangelis never wanted to do this himself, and 2) why no one else has ever done it. Recording engineer Raine Shine noted in 2010 that it would have taken Vangelis a lot of work to get his recordings ready for a proper soundtrack release to reflect the film cues, since most are between 30 seconds and 2:30, and she wasn't kidding!
Fortunately (or unfortunately) I get obsessive about projects, and now it's done. I won't hold my breath waiting for Vangelis to thank me. 
Anyway, if you're curious what a complete score would look like, here are all the cues, using mostly scene descriptions or bits of dialogue for titles:
1. Main Titles and Prologue/Los Angeles 2019 (complete and at the correct pitch)

There's a bunch of material here that's never appeared on any release, official or unofficial, and as a lover of film music, it's been a revelation. I have a whole new respect for what Vangelis accomplished, and for how Ridley Scott and Terry Rawlings assembled everything for specific effect. I'm putting the finishing touches on an essay documenting what I've learned through this process, including a cue-by-cue walk through of the score.
I've also compiled two discs of bonus material, including unedited recordings and alternate cues from the Workprint, US Theatrical cut and the Director's cut. If anyone is interested I can post the list of those tracks.
And if FSM can find any way to release this, I will be more than happy to send the flac files over! I would love for this work to properly see the light of day.

In seriousness, I want to check those library cues you are researching for the WP, but haven't had a chance...figure someone will show me up anyway :-/
It was weird 'Humanoids' was used, but I always figured it was Rawlings fave soundtrack LP he was spinning at the moment....good thing it wasn't FAME!!

Please feel free regarding the library cues. I have to admit, one or two sound like they should be Planet of the Apes, and at least one is in the same vein as Alien, but I haven't been able to find any matches yet.
I found an interview online with Rawlings where he said he had a huge music collection, that it was his passion throughout life, so he clearly listened to a lot of releases. I suspect he's the reason Ogi No Mato and Pompeii 76AD are in the soundtrack, and that they were part of his temp soundtrack from the start.

If you combine the best tracks from the CD produced by Edgar Rothermich (BSX CD) and a few original tracks from the Vangelis 1994 CD you can make a pretty satisfying CD-R for yourself. That's what I have.

Interesting, another person such as myself...I did the same with Once Upon A Time In The West. Listed cues and my efforts here, several years ago...

As Yoda said...'There is another.' On another site I discovered, there is a Blade Runner version; where the person gathered various sources from around the world to complete their version. They had a site up for viewing.
