....Today's newspaper brought with it the sad announcement of the death of actor Michael Jeter at the age of 50.
This talented and quirky character actor won a Tony for his brilliant performance (in the old Lionel Barrymore role) in the Broadway musical version of "Grand Hotel" and no one who saw the show can easily forget it. He also won Emmys for his acting in Burt Reynolds' hit television series, "Evening Shade".
I, for one, will miss seeing more of his wonderful appearances on film.
