AI will be back in stock sometime in november But not in time for Black Friday, it seems..... C'mon, let's be optimistic! (I'm also waiting for AI, that's why I must keep the faith) We still have a couple of days before the Black Friday titles can be ordered. Weeeeeeelllllll....... I guess I'm going to hope now I can get it for Christmas, 'cause it still ain't available to order....... A.I. still unavailable. 5 months and counting. Still unavailable, at 6 months. I have a copy that has been played once, I am willing to let it go if you want to trade something for it. Thanks, Jed, but I'm looking to use up my gift certificate (which I bought specifically to get A.I.). Otherwise, I'd've taken you up on it.

Does anyone know how to cancel an order on the new website? I need to cancel an order due to logistical reasons that’s been ‘awaiting shipment’ for over a week but there doesn’t seem to be any way to do so. Any help appreciated!

For what it's worth, I sent a message through the site about a missing order and got a reply the next day (plus a shipping notice shortly after).

I sent a message through their website yesterday, to get a replacement for a damaged disc that just arrived Monday (that A.I set I waited 7 months for). One day might be too soon to expect a reply, so let's wait and see.

Try to contact LLL via e-mail. Plus - maybe they ALREADY shipped your package but simply didn't upgrade order status? This happened with me last year - I ordered TWINE the day after the sale starts, and have no updates after I got e-mail with "Awaiting Shipment", and in January I got package! I still haven't heard back from my e-mails, I understand and appreciate the mammoth effort involved in getting orders out in the wake of such a huge release but complete lack of communication is extremely frustrating when trying to cancel and get a refund on a $180+ order. Has anyone else been receiving responses from LLL this week?
