Has anyone had success securing a return authorization from LLL after the website change? Not intending to flame; it just seems odd that there has been no response using the "contact us" online form. I received DS9 vol. 2 a few days ago ... but ordered vol. 1 ... and hope to remedy the shipment error before vol. 1 is sold out.

I haven't had a response yet to a question I submitted through the site's contact us section. I asked about Batman Assault on Arkham, I can add it to my cart but I keep getting a message that it cannot be shipped to Canada.

I noticed this info is on the shipping page for the new site:

PLEASE WAIT FOUR WEEKS (DOMESTIC ORDERS) TO SIX WEEKS (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) TO INQUIRE ABOUT SHIPMENTS NOT RECEIVED.

I do understand that this doesn't help you with your situation.

I just expect that the LLL team is busy filling orders during this crazy sale. If I don't get an answer by the last day of the sale I'll just buy a gift card. big grin

I ordered 21 CDs but checkout tells me they can't deliver to my address. My address is fine and I contacted them twice and have still heard nothing.

I will look into this. Any emails we get I forward on to Matt and as you can imagine it has been pretty crazed this past week, not only with orders, but with emails, debugging and still doing the regular sign offs on "in production" projects...not to mention personal stuff going on.

If you guys can supply me names with your posts (or order # if you have one) that can help matters

I ordered 21 CDs but checkout tells me they can't deliver to my address. My address is fine and I contacted them twice and have still heard nothing.

This just in from our websmaster:

It appears there may be a default threshold for a maximum on orders

I guess its a security measure to prevent fraud but we are lifting it so folks can order as many cds as they want...we'll just keep an eye out on those special orders.

Having trouble placing an order - using a credit card OR Paypal.
Order will not go thru for some reason.
No verification / tracking number.
Anyone else having a problem placing their orders ?

As far as I can tell the store is up and running just fine. Just had an order 12 minutes ago.

"Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address."

It was suggested that it won't allow you to order X amount. I reduced my order to 9. Didn't help. I reduced it to 6, then 5. Still nothing. I have contacted LA LA 2x and heard nothing.

It was suggested maybe something was not shipping, but all the CDs I picked have a NOW SHIPPING status.

I am trying to give LALA lots of business, but am met with frustration.

So............ old school people.....lol ....... can we do this via PHONE? Is there a phone number to call and order stuff?

There was a fail safe in the system where a person was limited to the amount of items they could purchase but we lifted it on Wednesday and have had no issues that I am aware of since then.
