1. Floyd Mayweather--$285 million
2. George Clooney--$239 million
3. Kylie Jenner--$166.5 million
4. Judy Sheindlin--$147 million
5. Dwayne Johnson--$124 million
6. U2--$118 million
7. Coldplay--$$115 million
8. Lionel Messi--$110 million
9. Ed Sheeran--$110 million
10.Cristano Ronaldo--$108 million

SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME---Numan Acar will play a character known as Dmitri. It speculated that Dmitri is really the villain Chameleon. Tom Holland, Marisa Tomei, Michael Keaton and Zendaya are returning.

THE PREDATOR---Shane Black commented on the Upgrade Predator which has DNA from creatures it has hunted before, "If the predator was to be an amalgam of, not just an ordinary predator, but also a collection of traits garnered from the various most powerful species that they’ve hunted, then you basically would have one that is stronger, faster, and smarter. We finally got an image that we liked, which captures this very canny, very cunning, and effortlessly powerful, savage predator. One of the only quibbles that I’ve had with some of the past predators is that, if you’re not careful, it can look like a guy in a football suit; big, bulky guy just stomping around. I wanted a certain more graceful, more light, more athletic quality, literally like a predator. If you watch a cheetah, it’s not clunky."

JAGGED EDGE---Melissa London Hilfers (BLASPHEMY) will write the script for the Halle Berry/Sony Pictures remake of the 1985 movie. Glenn Close and Jeff Bridges starred in the original movie.

TALES FROM THE LOOP---Amazon sci fi tv series underway based on the art of Sweden's Simon Stalenhag.

CREEPSHOW---Shudder/Greg Nicotero (THE WALKING DEAD) remake of the 1982 tv horror series is underway.

TRIVIA---Henry Mancini, the Oscar-winning composer did a cameo when he appeared on FRASIER as a troubled caller who didn't like his voice.

Mancini/caller: "I hate my voice. I mean, I know no one likes the sound of their own voice, especially when they hear it on tape, because it doesn't sound as good as it does in their own head. But I hate my voice in my head too.

"And you can't get away from your own voice either, you know. I've tried not listening to myself when I talk. But I find myself kind of saying things that don't make a lot of sense.

"I hate my voice so much, I had to call a neighbor in to do the message on my answering machine. I don't like his voice very much either, but it's better than mine. Not that I get a lot of calls, anyways. Well, you go figure.

"Any advice, Dr. Crane?"

Frasier: "Yes. Just go on with what you're doing, and everything should turn out all right. Thank you for your call!"

After the call, Mancini's Oscar-winning "Moon River" is then played by the radio station.

OVERLORD---trailer released for the JJ Abrams horror D-Day movie.

The trailer isn't horrible razz but the screeching rock song they used in the trailer IS. Good grief, i do hate it when some popular song, rock or rap whatever, is just slathered on a trailer and it doesn't help sell the movie whatsoever.

Especially when they're marketing an action /adventure/thriller / horror type film. It doesn't fit at all and just detracts from whatever we're watching.

I have never even heard the names Lionel Messi or Cristano Ronaldo before.

In other news, get out of my yard.

EDIT: just googled and at least I'm no longer surprised why I'd never heard of those two people before.

Huh.. Who's Mr Black trying too convince, sheeple. A savage Predator not some guy just bouncing round in a football suit overweight as previous, didn't the original Predator rip spine columns out an skull, skinning their victims skulls were trophies, seriously if Shane thinks he's got a better product he needs counselling, abort, I have already.

I agree. The song itself is vintage AC/DC, but totally inappropriate for theatrical usage the likes of which we just saw.

Somebody must sit down and seriously, mightily ponder how best to adroitly undermine historical atmosphere, mood, and dramatic gravitas. Then they succeed.

I`m not impressed by the substance of the overly long trailer either. I suspect I know how things flow.

I know three and embarrassingly recognize the name of one other. The rest, don't have a clue.

With the success of Guardians of the Galaxy and Thor: Ragnarok, don't expect this to change anytime soon.

I took a look at the "Overlord" trailer.
From what I can tell, it's a very overused premise, but, what stood out even more to me was that it seems like practically all the dialogue--line by line--is made up of lines from countless other films.

And I love AC/DC, but it doesn't belong in a period piece. Perhaps it's just for the trailer.
