Classic theme, great score. Why no release? Are the masters missing? That's what they say. Perhaps an Intrada kickstarter down the road can solve the absence.

Um...that is not quite how I remember it. "On Green Dolphin Street" was, of course, one of the first titles we requested. Unfortunately, it survived only in the tiniest, unreleasable fragments.
