Having just seen Colette with Keira Knightly, I was absolutely taken by Thomas Ades' score. Having perused the internet, I've seen no announcement of a soundtrack CD. Does anybody know if one is in the planning?

I wonder if we will see at least one of them up for the Oscar, probably not - the projects that they worked on doesn't seem like the ones that will attract such attention, but who knows. Colette has received excellent advance reviews and clearly Lionsgate has intentions for it to be a contender this awards season. I saw it on Saturday at a private SAG screening with Knightley doing a Q&A after the screening. Oscar nominations for Knightley, the Thomas Ades score and costumes are quite possible.

He’s a straight modernist. I will just die if he writes a listenable lush score. It's definitely not a lush score but it should appeal to those who like the film work of Michael Nyman and Philip Glass.

FYI, the Bleecker Street Media FYC page for Colette features 6 score excerpts (totaling 6:46): https://bleeckerstreetmedia.com/guilds/2018/colette [scroll down the page a bit] WILLY'S ARRIVAL ETCHING MONTAGE BY THE LAKE PRINTING CLAUDINE L'ECOLE ARRIVAL AT THE THEATER LA VAGABONDE Thanks for this. I'm so bummed that there doesn't seem to be any soundtrack release planned (yet?) for Colette. These samples are better than nothing, I suppose. Hopefully, if the film gets some nominations this year, the studio will put out a release. It seems so odd, though, that they wouldn't have put one out already.
