THE MANDALORIAN---George Lucas visited the set of the STAR WARS tv series to celebrate Jon Favreau's birthday. Speculation is the background set is a cantina.
GAME OF THRONES---Sean Bean said he attended a reunion special for cast members hosted by Conan O'Brien, "They decided to get all the characters together for a bit for this big show in Belfast and [O'Brien] kind of hosted the evening. Conan O'Brien did this thing, it was the last episode, so we all got together."
GODZILLA: KING OF THE MONSTERS---sequel photo released shows Ghidorah's foot which has longer clawed toes than the original Ghidorah.
STAR TREK: VOYAGER---Kate Mulgrew was asked if she is interested in returning as Capt. Kathryn Janeway now that Patrick Stewart is returning as Jean-Luc Picard in the new CBS All Access series, “Shatner, Stewart and myself in some sort of movie - I’d love to do that. So the answer is yes (to putting her space suit back on)".
KNIVES OUT---Don Johnson is in talks to co-star with Daniel Craig, Chris Evans and Michael Shannon in this Rian Johnson murder mystery movie.
EVE---Geena Davis and Joan Chen will co-star with Jessica Chastain, John Malkovich and Colin Farrell in this movie about a female assassin.
PINOCCHIO---Netflix stop-motion movie underway with Guillermo del Toro as the writer/producer-co-director.
THE CONNERS---Matthew Broderick will play Aunt Jackie's love interest, Peter.
LUKE CAGE---Netflix cancelled the series.
PENNYWORTH---Paloma Faith will play Bet Sykes, the main villain.
AWAY---Ed Zwick (THE LAST SAMURAI, GLORY) will direct the first episode of the Netflix series about the first manned mission to Mars.
DISENCHANTMENT----Netflix renewed the series for Season 2.
FRIDAY THE 13TH---NBA star LeBron James and his production company are reportedly in talks to develop a reboot of the horror movie franchise.

Veteran character actor Robert Brown co-starred in five James Bond movies. He played Admiral Hargreaves in THE SPY WHO LOVED ME, and he played M in OCTOPUSSY, A VIEW TO A KILL, THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS and LICENSE TO KILL. It is not known if Brown's M is Admiral Hargreaves being named head of MI6 or if he is playing the same M as portrayed by Bernard Lee after his death.
Brown also played against his traditional good guy role when he played Akhoba, the brutal head of the Rock tribe in ONE MILLION YEARS B.C.
