Am I to assume you prefer the film version of Balto Brings the Medicine? I'm surprised Intrada didn't include that version in the main program.

The film version is in the main program.

The original version which was on the 1995 OST, is the bonus.

Eeep, pardon the memory fart! The OST had crappy sound, so I never listened to it! I'll definitely be playing this score a bit more often now.

I very much prefer the original version as found on the 1995 album. I found it to be much more warm, more in line with the sense of hope than the revised version used in the film.

My copy of balto keeps freezing during track 14. Anyone else have this problem? Thus far,I've only played on my bose player.

Looks like this is my "Black Friday" release of the year. Nothing else really excited me all that much since this release. Thank you Intrada!

Similar boat here. Nothing really for me this end-of-year. The Harry Potter set looks terrific, and would be perfect presentation-wise, but I've just never been able to get into those scores. A rare miss from JW for me.

But I'm happy for those gettin' some grails!

And Balto sounds very christmassy too! Agree on the Potter scores. I'm sure they're wonderful, just not for me.
