We're never going to get a cue by cue break down because I'm guessing such a thing doesn't exist.
One would need only to examine their respective sketches to put one together though.
A couple of years ago, over on JWFan, someone posted links to pages of two actual sketches from the CoS score -- "1M1 Prologue rev" by John Williams, and "8M2 A insert 'The Chamber Opens'" by William Ross. The handwriting on the former is that of Williams; the handwriting on the latter is different -- Ross obviously.

So we know Williams wrote the main title anyway, but I personally would love to know who worked on each specific cue. It's certainly of historic interest.

This may have been answered before and I couldnt find any info regarding it in the booklets in the HP box but does anyone know why the LSO never got a credit on the original Chamber of Secrets album?
They didn't? Checking my copy... the LSO is listed on the back and in the booklet. I have the European pressing.

Didn't the LSO do all 3?
The LSO is officially credited as performing on the second score only. That said, I expect much overlap of the players on all three. Too bad there usually isn't a listing of orchestra personnel for London scores.
Also, can anyone tell me where to find "Secrets of the Castle" from the original Azkaban album on this new edition?
“Secrets of the Castle” is made up of two separate cues from the film.
The first part is the cue “3m12 Revised The Great Hall Ceiling,” which is part of “The Big Doors and the Great Hall Ceiling” on the LLL set. This is the scene in which the students are sleeping in the Great Hall and Dumbledore takes reports on the search for Black, and waxes poetic about dreams, and the film's seasonal act transition.
The second part is the cue 2m9+10 “Rainy Nights, Dementors, and Birds,” which is part of “Trouble Takes On Many Forms” on the LLL set. This is the transition from the pull-out from Gryffindor Tower with Dementors guarding the grounds, to the bird happily flittering about the Hogwarts grounds until it has an encounter the Whomping Willow (scored to a longer cut of the scene that is on the DVD and Blu-ray supplements).

It’s also worth pointing out re: your list that The Fury film recording was not done with the LSO, only the album recording was.

I think MONSIGNOR is by the LSO.
Yeah, Monsignor was the LSO.
Williams recorded The Five Sacred Trees with the LSO as well.
