I've been waiting for ABSENCE OF MALICE since the day I saw it in the theater, lo these many years ago, so that's the one I got. (None of the other scores' sample cues set me afire, so I'm saving my $$ for that long-promised La-La Land release of Elmer's awesome DEVIL IN A BLUE DRESS!)
I do like ABSENCE too. I remember making a rip of it from an old VHS years ago that I would play a lot. MURDER doesn't really do it for me and I'll put that on mainly to hear PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS, which has some nice Grusin in it.
I'm all in for a Complete BOBBY DEERFIELD. One of my all-time favorite Grusin scores.
Nope, I bought the bundle like you did Zooba. I've been listening to all three this week, and I must say Grusin is a very underrated composer. I think my fave is -- like I thought it would be -- Murder By Death, but they're all fantastic. Listening to And Justice For All immediately put a smile on my face, and brought back memories of that film's funnier scenes. Absense of Malice is a real pleasure as well, although it's been years since I saw the film...
Just to say that MURDER BY DEATH arrived yesterday, in an unpadded corrugated cardboard mailer, intact and undamaged. Haven't played more than the first few tracks yet.

Did you play " Wang's Wing" or "Wing's Wang " yet?
