I was surprised years later to realize the wounded pilot in the climactic scenes was played by Jack ("Bart Maverick") Kelly.

Yes, welcome back, Chicken, you've been surely missed.

Quick whine if you will - The picture doesn't display for me. When I check the properties for the address (imgur) and try to use it, I get an error. How can I get it to display?

Music by Leith Stevens.

But with a lush piano bit called "Midnight on the Cliffs," composed by Leonard Pennario, the pianist who premiered Miklos Rozsa's Piano Concerto in 1967.

A recording of "Midnight on the Cliffs" was made by Philip Fowke (piano) and the RTE Concert Orchestra. NAXOS 8.554323

I have that CD, but haven't played it in years. I think it's cool in the movie when the score gets progressively more atonal the more Louis Jourdan loses his mind.

"Julie" is also a great unintentional comedy. My husband and I have New Year's Eve Movie Nights, and "Julie" gets played every few years; we had the VHS tape, and upgraded it to DVD.

I'm a big fan of the 1950's "Women in Peril" genre.
