Stefan Nilsson from Sweden is a very good composer, but I don´t think people outside Scandinavia have heard of him.

Love Stefan Nilsson's output!
A master composer who indeed needs bigger recognition. I strongly recommend his "Film Musik" CD, if you can find it.

Fantastic composer, one of my alltime favourites from the Nordic countries. I second b&r's recommendation of the "Filmmusik" compilation.
