Since this was released years ago, I'm guessing sales weren't good enough for a Volume 2, etc.? Pity. It's more like, the FSM label ended, thus ending prospects for a Volume 2 of this, plus Lalo Schifrin Vol. 2, Bronislau Kaper Vol. 2, an Andre Previn at MGM set which Lukas was also working on, etc. We missed out on so much great MGM material because the primary label with a relationship in place to release that stuff folded up shop, sadly.
