Only Intrada, except for the titles MV previously said would be honored - but we don't know which those are.
Are you sure you aren't confusing this with Sony music cutting off third party licensing? Last I heard from MV or Bruce Kimmel (at Kritzerland), the Fox stuff was still all up in the air.
Yavar
No, MV did say that some Fox agreements would be honored but alas I can't find the quote. I don't know if Bruce has said anything.
"Chances are pretty good when this deal is finalized about a quarter of our yearly release slate will disappear forever. We are trying to get as much done as we can. Fingers crossed. In the meantime, so many jobs will be lost it breaks my heart...but X Men and Fantastic Four will finally be at Disney...sigh. "

I am hoping that Bruce will surprise us with Kritzerland's first box-set by way of 20CF. He has said MM has been working on it for quite awhile.
This also means that "12 O'Clock High" and "The Felony Squad" are now part of Disney, so that means they have to start a M.O.D. D.V.D.-R. line or release them along with 20th Century-Fox-Television's other classic series under the Disney Treasures D.V.D. line.
It'd be interesting to see when Disney actually buys Fox... because the press broke this story out a year ago. Then there was a delay. Then there was the purchase. Then there was a delay. And now there's the purchase.
Up yours, Variety. Eat a bag of dongs, Hollywood Reporter. Screen Rant... YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID. And there's a special place in hell for whoever keeps article-tagging "Hollywood Stars You Didn't Know Were Dead" with a picture of Liv Tyler.
So is the Fox catalogue still accessible to any of the labels or only Intrada can do it now?
As long as Disney doesn't pull a Sony Music, aka "a Balfe".
Pretty soon Disney will own the land that you walk upon and the air that you breathe.
Right now, they're focusing on language and shapes (ask Deadmau5).
Wow...soon they will have the monopoly...horrible thought. One firm controls all entertainment.
Not if President Elizabeth Warren as anything to say about it!
This is the worst news for any business deal - loyal workers possibly in limbo, I use to like Disney a lot before their takeovers now I couldn't care I want the franchise to crash.
