CHRISTOPHER NOLAN---Robert Pattinson and John David Washington have joined the cast of the upcoming Christopher Nolan movie. No plot details were released, but the Warner Bros. movie has been described as being a, “massive, innovative action blockbuster”.

THE BATMAN---Oscar Isaac commented on rumors that he is a candidate for the starring role, "No. I have only read it online like everyone else. I haven't had any conversations about Batman, unfortunately, but I am sure it is going to be great. Matt Reeves is such a great director. Yeah, he can get my number."

DCEU---James McAvoy was asked if he could play a character in a DC Extended Universe movie, who would it be. McAvoy said The Riddler, "I’ve always thought DC does really good bad guys."

TRIVIA---Lycia Naff said she is is best known for appearing as the three-breasted mutant in the original TOTAL RECALL and on STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION.
She said about being in TOTAL RECALL, "I felt really exposed. It didn't hit me until the first moment where the scene called for me to expose myself, because what came over me was such shame. Which was weird, because they weren't my breasts, and it was what I had signed up to do."
Naff said she started to cry during the scene, "If you look closely at those scenes when I'm opening my blouse, I'm smiling, but not in my eyes. It was probably good for the character and gave her an extra layer, but that was completely unplanned. I was just feeling really emotional and trying to hide it. I was embarrassed, and I was embarrassed for feeling embarrassed."
Naff, who retired from acting to become a journalist, said, "I'm still an active undercover investigative reporter; however, I surfaced with my byline when I exclusively broke the Bill Cosby rape scandal in 2014."

Yes, please give Brian D'Arcy James, one of the highest profile musical theatre performers of our time, a non-singing, glorified walk-on role.

I really liked Naff's character on TNG. The way they let her go because she had the gall to cut her hair shows just how painfully mismanaged that production was. Well, that and numerous other things that have come to light.

Agreed. I've always felt that focusing so much on the tier crew was a bit limiting to any Trek series, and her character could've been a gateway to humanizing the entire engineering staff, even just a little. It always felt odd that the occasional helmsman would show up, make a quip or die, and then never be seen again. Picard (and Kirk) talks so much about his crew... let's see them! Let's get to know an actual away team of specialists instead of just a buncha redshirts (the "Galileo Seven" episode being a prime example of camraderie).
