On November 26, 2018: I placed an Order #2133 with Buysoundtrax, which included the GNP CD of STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION - "Encounter At Farpoint" / "The Arsenal of Freedom”.

On December 22, 2018 I sent the following email under the heading “Re: Order #2133 confirmed”:

Hi - I received a package from you today. However, instead of including the CD of STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION - "Encounter At Farpoint" / "The Arsenal of Freedom" as stated below in my order, I received a copy of a CD called "Fight for Space". Please let me know how this error will be corrected. Thanks

On December 26, 2018, I received the following response from Buysoundtrax:

Buysoundtrax

Hello,

We waiting for more stock to arrive from the label. It should arrive next week after the holiday and we'll ship it right off to you with our deepest apologies for the delay


However, I have not received my CD. I have sent Buysoundtrax follow-up emails about this on February 6 and 17. After not receiving any response to my emails, I have called the phone number on your site several times, in each case leaving a voicemail message identifying the order number and issue. I have also not received any response from Buysoundtrax to those voicemail messages.

Therefore, I am posting this message on the FSM Board in the hope that someone at Buysoundtrax will respond. My order identified above and my prior emails and voice messages identify how to contact me. You can also leave a response on the FSM Board.

I don't think I'll ever purchase from Buysoundtrax again, because it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a response from them when an order goes awry, which it did both times I've ordered from them in the last six months.

We have been trying to Gert more stock from the label, it's just getting back in stock.

Taking advantage of this, order 2104 placed on november 21st arrived on february with a misplaced item. Mark contacted me, after I post on this forum equal circumstances as the above person, but after I replied to him, there has been no follow-up. I just want to know if you have sent the correct CD and if you could provide me the tracking number. Thank you

I don't have any orders pending right now, but you should respond to messages sent directly to the BSX site, and not have to force people to put an open message on the board hoping to get someone's attention. Both times I had issues with my last two orders, I had to do the same thing in order to get a response, and that's not cool.

I think I've bought only one BSX title, TITANIC: AN EPIC MUSICAL VOYAGE. To save a little money, I got it as a digital download from iTunes, and it was everything I could have asked for. The digital booklet is full and generous, in keeping with what I'd expect on paper from our boutique labels.

The point is, when BSX has an in-house title you want, check to see if you can buy it that way, and you're all set, with no inventory or shipping problems. When possible.

We also offer digital downloads at 24 bit on our own titles as well.

Will you refund shipping both ways if CD is returned? Btw, I opened it before I noticed the insert defect.

sorry to do it this way. I tried to contact Buysoundtrax on different ways (for example sending E-Mails to info@buysoundtrax.com) but never got a reply.

I ordered four different CDs and I received CDs but only two CDs are correct and two CDs are wrong. Instead of three different CDs to a series I got one CD 3x.

So I hope the team of Buysoundtrax could send an answer. Last E-Mail I sent was Sep-29, 2020 (not mentioning the older E-Mails). E-Mail subject Sept-29,2020: PLEASE REPLY: Order #3967 (parts of the delivery are wrong)

Buysountrax customer care does not exist.
I'm still wondering how could this kind of company that print almost cover scores (and when they are original packaging, graphics and customr care suck, liner notes are almost zero) still be in activity after all this years of constant complaints from buyers...

Seriously DO NOT order from a company that gives rubbish customer service and only replies when they are called out on here.

Get their releases by all means but do it via a label that goes out of their way to help - like Intrada.

Just my view.....
