Yes, my last order with Elite hadn't come through after a month, so I contacted them to ask what was going on. No reply. So I went via PayPal. This time I quickly got a response, which was that one if the CDs was put of stock and they were trying to get it. I said, fair enough, happy to wait, I just like to be kept informed. I have had emails ignored by Quartet and Music Box, but I still tend to order via Music Box as there are many good things about them. SAE have been very disappointing with regards to the customs charges. I wonder if, post brexit, us Brits will get customs charges from European countries. And BTW I was told from an ebayer in France that the UK is no longer classed as Europe (as far as postage) but 'the rest of the world' and so postage to the UK will be higher. It's the Brexity gift that just keeps on giving. ugh. Soundtrack shipping is a trivial matter in the larger scheme of things.

10/6/20 Placed order. Received e-mail receipt from PayPal. Received e-mail from BSX that there was a problem with my order. E-mailed BSX with receipt asking them to tell me if there was a problem with my order. 10/14/20 Asked for status of order. 10/21/20 As of today I have not received-- 1. An e-mail confirming my order 2. A response to my first e-mail asking if there was a problem 3. A response to my e-mail asking for the status of the order 4. The order Good morning, You might wish to check your email if it’s the item in question is the Don Davis CD we were waiting to get autograph booklets which were in the process of shipping out. We posted that on this message board as well as in a mailing to all the customers. If it’s something else send me an email with your order number and I’ll see what the issue is. Ford A. Thaxton

Thanks for the recommendations. I guess it's a question of whether I want to deal with poor customer service in order to have my order shipped. Ford, As I said in our first exchange, I did not receive an order number. In the past, I have sent inquiries--including the PayPal receipt--to the e-mail address you provided. I have never received a response. Rick I just noticed that you used a ICLOUD account to email us directly, but the email on your order is different, it's Gmail account. It's possible these ended up in your spam folder, that might account for you not seeing the order confirmation or the shipping notice Ford A. Thaxton

Ford, I do not have an ICLOUD account. I don't even know what that is. The three e-mails I sent to info@buysoundtrax.com were sent from a Yahoo! account. Rick What is strange is that everyone who orders is sent a confirmation by email with the order number. just email me again and I'll be happy to use that email to look up your order Also include your zip code and what you ordered exactly?
