SEASON 1

If I didn't list an episode, that means it had no credited composer.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-gyF-1KpQM

This is presumably Grusin's final effort for the series. I've tried the best I can to find episodes and the IMDb composer listing reflects all I could find thus far.

    Highlights:
  • 0:34 in.
  • 15:57 in.
  • 23:47 in.
  • 34:37 in.
  • 40:16 in.

Although the series has been in syndication, the home video release was cancelled a few years ago for unstated reasons. I wonder if those reasons would also impede soundtrack releases. frown

I'd like the Spielberg-directed, Goldenberg-scored sci fi episode "LA 2017".

I'd like the Spielberg-directed, Goldenberg-scored sci fi episode "LA 2017".

I suspect that includes more than one composer's music.

"The Incomparable Connie Walker" was written and directed by Frontiere's "Stoney Burke" and "The Outer Limits" comrade Leslie Stevens, and of which Frontiere also was the episode's associate producer.

This is presumably Colombier's only effort for the series.

    Highlights:
  • 2:05 in.
  • 8:28 in. Joining a cue already in progress.
  • 44:25 in.
  • 47:10 in. There's more after the commercial break, but it just keeps going and going and going like the Energizer Bunny.
  • 1:06:45 in.
  • 1:09:00 in. The repeating mandolin(?) just pisses me off. I've not noted other cues that use it. But this was a good cue that had a little in it.

I posted earlier that Colombier's FORBIN COLOSSUS has some music that reminds me of the episode "LA 2017," but he's only credited for the episode above. The similarity was probably just a stylistic trend at the time, but I'll post my comparison again:

  • Jack Hayes.

  • Pete Rugolo.

  • Stanley Wilson (BMI also has him paired with Joseph Burke).
