Just wondering if there any fans of the Maurizio Graf songs from the soundtracks such as Return of Ringo and A Pistol for Ringo, Mission bloody Mary etc. I watched both the Ringo films recently, as thankfully both have recently been released on blu Ray. The Return is fabulous, Pistol not quite as good, but what stood out (of course) was the fabulous music, and, in particular the title songs sung by Graf. Another favourite of mine is the unused song from A few dollars More, which I attach here. It is quite brilliant.
Any Spaghetti Western aficionado will appreciate Graf's contributions to the genre. Wonderfully earnest and butchered English make a great combination !
Yeah him n peter boom were Ennio regulars and the go-to men in the italian western gang working daily at the forum music village (back then the Ortophonic recording studio).

That's so on nose! I remember on first hearing these songs thinking how way over the top they were, but at the same time so very listenable and addictive, and yes Return of Ringo is a particularly great one. I absolutely love the way it starts (sounds so plush and cool) and well, the whole thing.
"Because we are fearless men...."
And then there's Christy. Love the way she belts out 'Run, Man, Run' on The Big Gundown and 'Messico' on the Tepepa soundtrack.
So, yes Mark we are indeed fans of the mighty Graf. Wonderful stuff.
