Anyway.... I've been down this road too many times to rush to judgement. Beetlejiuce and Mr. Mom as Batman? Turned out amazing. OMG! George Clooney will be perfect! Well...... Ugh, Ben Affleck? Actually, one of my favorites, just needed better films. On the surface, Pattinson doesn't sound like a great choice, but a good gym regimen and good direction can fix it that Will the movie be satisfactory? We shall see...

Never seen any of his stuff so won't know until I see him in the part. Totally agree about Affleck and see no reason to replace him, especially as I prefer a mature BatMAN. But then I say the same about Clooney. Not actually his fault B&R is SOOOO silly. Just hope they get the suit right. Hate the Affleck one. The ultimate in rubber bulk fatsuits. But it can't fail to be better than his female CW tv counterpart. That cowl makes her look really cringe-worthy.

But then I say the same about Clooney. Not actually his fault B&R is SOOOO silly. My problem with Clooney was he coasted through it. His Bruce Way and his Batman were identical, right down to the "Clooney Head Tilt." He "Adam Wested" his way through it, any maybe that was the point, but he was bland. I actually would have loved a Clooney/Jet Li Green Hornet movie at about that time. Just hope they get the suit right. Hate the Affleck one. The ultimate in rubber bulk fatsuits. Actually, the Affleck suit is the closest we've gotten to a comic accurate suit since 1966. All of the others were body armor. His was about what Frank Miller devised for older Batman. I loved it, really.
