Nobody dumps garbage in the street and no dogs crap in my yard either. I also live on a street with a cul-de-sac, and I have some absolutely crazy neighbors. My "neighbors" don't 'speriment with 'lectricity, but they got somethin' cookin' over thar, quite acrid and stinky.
