Hello to my fellow collectors in Spain, Me and my wife are planning a trip to Spain and I wonder if any of you know any places where I could go hunting. Granted, I’m aware this is 2019 and CDs are dying. Any tips? Please let me know.

roberto, there used to be soundtrack CD stores in Madrid and Barcelona, but they've all closed. As far as I know, the only one in Spain which is still operating is the one which ROBERT Z linked to above, Rosebud Tienda de Cine in Valencia. This link should give you the exact address, plus the opportunity to browse their catalogue before you go. www.rosebudbandasonora.com I used to order all the time from them. They are very helpful and friendly, but I've noticed that in recent times they have become rather chaotic, forgetting to reply to emails etc. Juan Angel also teaches at the university, so he has a day job (and is also the guy behind the Saimel label), and the times I've visited they've been really overworked. I mean it's a "tienda de cine", so there's a lot of merchandise besides just soundtracks. Queues of people waiting to buy Star Wars models and Harry Potter dolls, plus books, film posters... Their soundtrack CDs are pricey. I actually spoke to them about this recently and they explained the reality of a small business trying to make ends meet. Having said that, it's only really the USA imports which are overly expensive - If you're interested in European-pressed CDs they're very reasonable. Have a great time in Spain! I don't know Barcelona very well, but Valencia, Madrid and Seville are fantastic cities to visit, even if you don't get any soundtracks at all!

Thank you, guys! Every bit of info is and will be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much! I gotta work my way around these cities so I can "accidentally" stumble onto these stores, if you know what I mean... ;-) hahahahaha
