I had edited my original post because the sad news that Mr. Prince had passed had not yet been officially announced. However, it is now confirmed via:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/entertainment/theater_dance/harold-prince-a-towering-broadway-figure-who-won-21-tony-awards-as-director-and-producer-has-died-at-91-his-rep-says/2019/07/31/f1cefef4-b3a7-11e9-acc8-1d847bacca73_story.html?noredirect=on&utm_term=.a50801760ed9

Mr. Prince was a theatrical titan. My condolences to his family and friends.

"Is this another thinly-disguised..." wink

Edit: I posted my reply when the thread was blank, being my usual wiseacre self. No disrespect intended. RIP, Mr. Prince.

The "New York Times" has posted an obituary:

What a legacy!

Farewell Hal, a true legend. What a career and legacy to have, Musical Theatre would not be what it is today without him. RIP.
