OBI-WAN KENOBI---multiple sources confirm that Ewan McGregor is in negotiations to star in a Disney+ live-action tv series featuring Obi-Wan Kenobi. One source said the series will be a six-part miniseries.
Also, Disney+ announced it has cancelled the STAR WARS RESISTANCE animated tv series with the upcoming Season 2 being the last season.
STAR WARS---Rian Johnson said his movie trilogy will not include legacy charcters, “I think that the fun and challenging part of it is to dive in, figure out what’s exciting and then figure out what it’s going to be. We’re doing something that steps beyond the legacy characters. What does that look like? To me, the blue sky element of it is what was most striking about it. I know the way that I’m coming at it and what’s fun about it for everyone in George Lucas’ films is figuring out, ‘what’s the next step?’ It really makes you think and figure out what the essence of Star Wars is for me and what that will look like moving forward.”

My co-creator John Eddie and I are so excited to be working with Netflix and Sony Animation on this amazing project and getting the chance to show the world an Elvis they haven’t seen before.”
NIGHT WOLF---Kevin Hart stars in this movie about a man who meets his future father-in-law, and discovers he is the superhero Night Wolf.

The older Wilder's B-movies included PHANTOM FROM SPACE, KILLERS FROM SPACE and THE SNOW CREATURE. Billy jokingly said his estranged older brother was, "a dull son of a bitch".

That's such a weird premise and I want to be able to like it, but reading further about it, I see Mike Arnold, from that awful "Archer" animated series, is heavily involved.
