Looking at some of the other listings, including those in the $100 range, they list them as a CD-R too. Is this accurate or is it eBay just doing a blanket designation. In other words, is it legit, because I want it. It's a tough call. I would be okay with a CD-R if I am told upfront that it's a CD-R. Because then it's a choice freely made. The pic of the back looks like the "Printed In Canada" edition. Who knows? Maybe the CD-R description is in error and it's bona-fide. Depending what company did the burning, it is very likely a bit-identical clone. If I could see a pic of the disc I would know whether it may be a burned CD. Yeah, it's a bit of a concern that there is no photo of the disc(s) itself. But that doesn't necessarily mean any malfeasance on the part of the seller. One-Way is a smaller company, and they may be taking a page from the American companies that now market burned DVD's in the same way--on an on-demand basis. I guess the real question is: regardless of whether the CD is pressed or burned, is it still actually issued by One-Way and do they still hold the rights to it?
