Haha, whoops! I’ve seen some crazy fellow posting “THE TIME TUNNEL - COMPLETE!” elsewhere on this board and it must’ve just worked its way into my brain and came out by accident instead of Land of the Giants. Yavar I apologize a lot! Damn it! My hypno-suggestiv-brainwashing-intention has unfortunately hit the wrong brain! I hope this collateral effect has otherwise no lasting consequences for you. Well, after all, I now know that my efforts might be successful if I succeed in influencing the right brain! So I will continue with my hypno-suggestive posts. THE TIME TUNNEL - COMPLETE!™ Not to forget "Advise & Consent" and … VOYAGE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SEA. COMPLETE!™ After the unsuccessful LOST IN SPACE CD box sales, I really did not expect any more soundtrack releases from Irwin Allen TV series anymore. All the more, the LAND OF THE GIANTS CD set release surprised me very positively last year. After the release of LAND OT THE GIANTS, I now have the greatest hope that we can expect a release of THE TIME TUNNEL at Christmas this year. Only 6 weeks left until Black Friday … That would be, together with the double CD of THE INVADERS and the QUINN-MARTIN-COLLECTION-Vol.1, the three best soundtrack releases of the year for me. I see it as a sad fact that after the quasi "death" of the Golden-Ages scores, the Silve Age scores(due to the also falling demand in the coming years) threatens next the extinction. In the end, the current release of the BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN score reminded me of a thought … Golden Age scores and zombies currently have for me one thing in common: They are basically to be considered dead. But from time to time, some Indiana Jones types bring these dead things out of the darkest tombs to light and bring them, like Dr. Frankenstein back to life. And so, surprisingly, against all capitalist logic, we once again see one of those DEAD soundtrack things WALKING around! Thank you for this truly manic commitment to LA-LA LAND RECORDS and all other soundtrack labels! What a wonderful world ... for us soundtrack fans!

Is the Bride of Frankenstein even socially acceptable anymore? She should be her own monster and have her own goals and ambitions that don't include a male monster. If you've seen the movie, then you know she doesn't just settle for the first amalgamated man who comes along. She's choosy, with her own standards. She makes up her own (interchangable) mind. She's as independent and progressive as any Rosalind Russell or Katherine Hepburn heroine from the 30s.
