I have a few...so narrowing it down is kind of hard for me.
Columbo (all 7 seasons) - various artists (Melle/Grusin/Goldenberg/Neslon/ Alice in Wonderland (Irwin Allen's 1985 tv version) - Morton Stevens Ghostbusters II - Randy Edelman The Hobbit and Return of the King (Rankin Bass cartoons) - Maury Laws Disney's Swiss Family Robinson - Paul J Smith/Joseph Dubin Ernest Goes to Camp - Shane Keiser Ernest Goes to Jail (hahaha, yeah, I know) - Bruce Arntson G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero (animated TV series) - Johnny Douglas/Robert Walsh
Thanks to the efforts of all these cherished labels most of my most wanted scores have actually been released. There a few things left I would really like to have. I doubt they will ever be available because the tapes are most likely gone and/or there are simply notvenough people interested in these titles.
Max Steiner: A Star is born (1937) Life with Father (1947)
Roy Webb: The Last Days of Pompeii (1935)
Dimitri Tiomkin: Tarzan and the Mermaids (1948) I Confess (1952) Friendly Persuasion (1956) - Complete The existing soundtrack is one of worst representations of any score as it concentrates on the few action pieces instead of the lyrical parts which make up the majority of the score. It also loses the vocal parts and has a really weird sequencing
Herbert Stothart: National Velvet (1944)
Hugo Friedhofer: Joan of Arc (1948)
George Duning: 3.10 To Yuma (1957) The Dream Merchants (1980?)
