The only mention I see of this being on CD was on Soundtrack Collector - and the details are sparse. I found images of the CD on the web - but it appears that they may be boots. Looks like someone was selling them for a while using the site ioffer.com - or worthpoint - those listing are all now dead.
I'm very desperate for the official United Artists CD 40414-2! The soundtrack album, not the score or cdr. If anyone has a copy they're willing to part with please let me know!
