No they only did that for episode one. There were some bonus tracks from Target I think and one or two separate downloads, but no 2-disc version. That was Attack of the Clones with the unnamed bonus track* (on the back inlay, booklet, or CD itself), so good luck tracking that down from anyone trustworthy on eBay. I don't think there's a UPC distinguishing the difference between Target and regular versions. * Some unofficially call it "On the Conveyor Belt", but I prefer "The Droid Factory". Actually the Target version of the CD with the bonus track is fairly easy to identify, as long as you can see a photo of the item you're buying, because there's a sticker on the case identifying it:

For Attack of the Clones, the Target bonus track is the only extra music I know of that's been officially released. For Revenge of the Sith, however, there was a video game issued at the same time as the film that had lots of the unreleased short cues used in it. They were audio files that were easy to extract.
