Anybody out there have a desktop or laptop computer with the Grammerly proofreading software? I understand, according to their online ads, "It helps you become a better writer".
I've thought about trying it for professional use. I've heard the free version repeatedly nags you to upgrade to the paid version.
I'm 100% against this kind of thing for creative writing. Spelling and grammar correction are fine but don't let a computer program dictate whether your writing style is "wordy" or whatever.
