Howard Shore returns to Middle-earth for the show's theme tune

Rolling Stone needs to find better writers than this

Bear McCreary just confirmed ! eek cool
He's doing the entire score, excerpt main title (that's Shore's job).

So you got your knickers in a twist for nothing... As usual...

To be fair, the article writer may not have written the headline or subheading.

Are you suggesting that the subheading appeared of its own will and not by someone writing it?

No. I thought it was pretty clear that I was suggesting a *different* person besides the author of the article itself may have written those. The headlines/subheadings aren't always written by the author of a piece, much as sometimes a publisher will come up with a book title they like better than the one provided by an author, and use that.

You know what? Forget it.

I wasn't attacking you or even disagreeing with you, LeHah. I was simply pointing out (not as a correction) that the writer of the article very possibly wasn't responsible for the bit you found objectionable.

I'm probably in a minority here, but listened to both those cues -- didn't like them. Got bored, too.

And I don't hear the Shore chops here.
