@ Mr. Jack: yes, a fantastic, effervescent score. Any comments about the Intrader expansion?

LITTLE WOMEN - music by Alexandre DESPLAT A bit of a letdown, considering all the ranting and raving. Sleep inducing, at least for moi.

@ Mr. Jack: yes, a fantastic, effervescent score. Any comments about the Intrada expansion? I just got the Quartet release, and never owned the Intrada version, so I can't compare the track listings or sound quality between them. The Quartet sounds considerably better than the crummy Varese release, though, and there's a bevy of alternate cues and source music at the end I haven't gotten to yet (listening to "The Tombstone" as I type this). Thanks for the comments. I'll be listening to it next, because when it comes to Jerry Goldsmith, I buy every single re-issue as a matter of course.

"My name is Barry Allen and I'm the fastest man alive. When I was a child, I saw my mother killed by something impossible. My father went to prison for her murder. Then an accident made me the impossible. To the outside world, I'm just an ordinary forensic scientist, but secretly I use my speed to fight crime and find others like me, and one day I'll find who killed my mother and get justice for my father. I am The Flash." The Flash (2-CD) [Original Television Soundtrack: Season 1] - Blake Neely "My name is Barry Allen and I am the fastest man alive. To the outside world, I am an ordinary forensic scientist, but secretly with the help of my friends in S.T.A.R. Labs, I fight crime and find other meta-humans like me. I hunted down the man who killed my mother, but in doing so, I opened up our world to new threats, and I am the only one fast enough to stop them. I am The Flash." The Flash (Original Television Soundtrack: Season 2) - Blake Neely "My name is Barry Allen, and I am the fastest man alive. To the outside world, I’m an ordinary forensic scientist, but secretly, with the help of my friends at S.T.A.R Labs, I fight crime and find other meta-humans like me. After defeating Zoom and saving the Multiverse, I ran back in time and created the alternate timeline, Flashpoint. I restored the timeline to how it was, only to find things weren’t as I left them. I brought new threats to our world, and I am the only one fast enough to stop them. I am the Flash." The Flash (Original Television Soundtrack: Season 3) - Blake Neely "My name is Barry Allen, and I am the fastest man alive. To the outside world, I’m an ordinary forensic scientist, but secretly, with the help of my friends at S.T.A.R Labs, I fight crime and find other meta-humans like me. But I became lost in time. It took everything in my friends power to bring me back, and in doing so our world was opened up to new threats. And I am the only one fast enough to stop them. I am the Flash." The Flash (Original Television Soundtrack: Season 4) - Blake Neely and Nathaniel Blume

PRIEST - music by Christopher YOUNG Loving this, big time. I guess this is what a Zimmeresque score sounds like when a Uber talented artist tackles that style.

@ Mr. Jack. Agreed. A CD absolutely chock full of Sardian goodness. I love the way he inserted the "Sweetheart of Sigma Chi in the Cemetery cue, and I absolutely love the Milburn cue, and especially the part that was used in the movie trailer. Very mysterious and eerie. Also, absolutely adore all the impressionistic allusions to water, snow and ice. You can hear the dripping icicles. Just an amazing mixture of bombast AND subtle passages, not to mention all the lovely romantic moments, and also not to mention the wonderful ghostly theme from Sarde's beautiful Le Chat. Yes, I could go on, and on, ranting and raving.
