'Don't' wait too long before 'Return(ing) that CD to Sender'. 'it's Now or Never' really. Send the CD with a note..... That should force them into sending a replacement. I see what you did there.

I'm having a similar bad experience with the Quartet Records people. I bought the Almodovar / Igliesias 11 cds boxset. I received it mid december. I found the fourth CD is broken. It's the score to HABLE CON ELLA. The first half of the disc is unlistenable. I wrote four times to the info email of the label. No one wrote in return. Now I've been forced to open a complain file in Paypal services. I don't expect a refunding, but I like this product, I want the disc been replaced, but I read that the box set is just sold out. I'm really concerned. After reading my words above, they writing me: Apologies for the late answer, but I just found your message after another customer informed us of your post on FSM board. It seems that your email went to the spam folder, it has happened on several times with other customers since December, and we have not been able to control it. Our webmaster is working hard to remove this bug from the info page. Sometimes, when you protect the sites with a strong security (what is necessary) these things happen. Sorry for the inconvenience.I will send you a replacement copy of HABLE CON ELLA today by DHL, no worries. And sorry so much again for this delay.Best regards So, another happy ending. The replacement copy is just arrived, the HABLE CON ELLA score is something wonderful, the whole box set devoted to the music of Alberto Iglesias to Pedro Almodovar is a must have, a product of care and love. I'm grateful to Quartet Records and very stysfied by their explanation. I will be continue enjoying their incoming releases. Thank you to the anonymous FSM customer that informed Luis and the other people at Quartet Records of my complaint. JBB
