I remember reading the news about this at the onset, when ONE person was sick with it in China. China has (now) quarantined the city of Wuhan which has 11 Million People, and other cities but they've acted far too late. I knew it would spread when I kept reading about how the Chinese authorities were more concerned about the holiday travel of millions (occuring now), and their insistance that 'everything was under control'. They should have known better, and they've acted far too late. It's out now and it's spreading. Scotland, my god.
China quickly went from downplaying this emergency to banning travel for almost 20 million citizens in 3 cities. Let's hope it's a severe overreaction vs a realization that the situation is far from under control.
