Just misspell something, or use poor grammar. If he corrects you, it's him.

You forgot: "Posts which read like poorly-argued letters sent to the Los Angeles Times."

He's the reason the expression "Ok, Boomer" was invented.

Here he is on two other threads:

Greatest is probably Spartacus, although the one I play the most often is definitely The Fury.

If someone buys me the Varese Spartacus set, it shall also be my favorite.

You know they put out a two-disc version, right?

But what about those who want the kitchen sink North washed his hands in when he got ink on them?

The two-disc version has most or all of the score, and all of the surviving stereo tracks, IIRC.

Jim, I was wrong. I was thinking of Cleopatra.

Spartacus is a one-disc version that has all the stereo stuff. It is twice as long as the original album.

I am now listening to the single-disc version of Spartacus.

Dam just found out - Kirk Douglas for me was a splendid actor what made him extra special was his heart of gold persona off the screen & so modest too go with it, darn, at this moment i would say Spartacus that actual bond between Douglas & Simmons is sad beautiful & heart-breaking Alex North crams that music with every emotion.

R.I.P. Mr Douglas you gave me so much pleasure, thanks very-much.

Lots of great titles mentioned here, hard to choose only one, but I'd like to give a shoutout to one of my favorites, Cast A Giant Shadow.

Would love to see an proper reissue of this score someday (the Varese CD Club version was mastered from vinyl).

So many good scores for his films, and several great ones. But my personal favorite is 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea by Paul J. Smith.

And since he played Patton in Is Paris Burning? Maurice Jarre's score would be also in the top of the list with some others already mentioned.

Good shout nono.

Skip to 3.11....possibly one of Jarre's greatest themes.

Havent seen this film in decades. Possibly once on uk tv one Christmas.
