Has anyone else noticed a glitch on CD 1 timing 1:43 or is it just on my copy?
So no one hears the little glitch or cracking sound on CD 1 timing 1:43? I just received a replacement disc from Intrada and the sound is there too. There is a another take of the same track on CD 2 (track 12) and that track is glitch free.
Do you mean CD 1, track 1 Trailer (Version No.2)? In that case, no, no glitch. Perfectly normal sound. Yes. Sorry, forgot to name the track. CD 1, track 1 Trailer (Version No.2) timing 1:43. The glitch appears very clearly on my right speaker. Just listened the disc on my laptop too with headphones and the same issue appeared.
Yeah, it's there, but it's obviously inherent with/on the original recording or tape. I never would have noticed it EVER if it wasn't pointed out here in minutes and seconds. And as someone who came through the 70s and 80s (shitty vinyl) and then hissy 2nd, 3rd or 4th generation dubs of recording sessions and promos, I would say this is much ado about nothing.
This is a fantastic expansion and I've been playing it a lot. It's a complete turnaround compared to the original bare bones release.
