Needed some Secret Service music - listening now on Youtube. Great tense stuff from the maestro. Always thought this was one of Clint's best of the 90s. Looks like this had one release back in '93 on Epic and that's been it.

I loved this film when it was released in 1993. On further views it lost some of its impact, but remains a good film.
Always loved the score but missed it at the time of the film’s release. But two years ago I found an used copy of the CD at a store in Brussels for USD 10 and finally grabbed it. Even not having watched the film for years I instantly remembered the music while each track was playing.
This reminds me of a meeting with the Maestro in Maastricht back in 1993, together with Martin van Wouw and other friends, more or less at the time of the film release. Asked about this assignment, Morricone answered that Wolfgang Petersen had required a score with lots of brass and percussion. I think the composer was keen to write such music and enjoyed thoroughly this project, let alone it featured Clint Eastwood so many years after TWO MULES FOR SISTER SARA.
and that includes the Maestro's score. I commented: And, sorry to say, Maestro's Morricone's score is one which I find less than interesting ... it's okay ... which really only comes alive when he re-hashes (adapts / re-uses) his marvellous theme from Svegliati e Uccidi (1966) ... but these are short interludes (though dominate the DVD's menu screen). This one made a good double feature with The Fugitive (1993) at the time and I still always think of the two movies together.
