Tadlow is James FitzPatrick (UK), and Prometheus is Luc Van Der Ven (Belgium). They are clearly friends and both are marketed under the Tadlow website.

One is chained to a rock having it's liver ripped out.And as a result the sound is not as good.

Prometheus often employ the Tadlow team to produce it's releases, for instance 'Mister Moses' and 'The Betsy' by John Barry.

And both have been in the soundtrack business since the 70s!

Anyone know if Tadlow and James Fitzpatrick are still active? I had bought someone a month ago from his site but haven't received it or heard anything, and I know there was a period of time when he was putting a pause on work.

I ordered the Tadlow/City of Prague re-recording of EL CID back in January and enquired recently as to when I might receive it, and James replied saying it's being repressed at present. Their version of BEN-HUR is getting a lot of play here at the moment so looking forward to it

Haven't heard any responses from my emails, but it's good to know that the company is still active. There were a lot of other Tadlow releases I was interested in too, and their BEN-HUR is definitely aces!
