This is a great Hamlisch song from the film SAME TIME NEXT YEAR. There's no soundtrack album but the song is available on several cds, I have it on the cd BETTER TOGETHER: THE DUET ALBUM.
This is one score I'd love to have on CD but I imagine the rights would be costly as the song is interwoven into the score and the lyrics change with each passing year in the film. I'm sure it's not a long score even with the song(s).
You'd have to pair it with another Universal title if it was released.

THE WAY WE WERE was the same. (with the same composer doing both score and song) Ditto, OTHER SIDE OF THE MOUNTAIN PART 2 (and maybe even part 1, again song/score same composer).

You remind me Henry that it's been a long time since I've seen this. I should watch again to hear the score, and since I like Ellen Burstyn.
I don't remember any underscore beyond the interlinking song segments, but as I said it's been a long while. Was there more, Henry?
"The Last Time I Felt Like This" still gets regular play on my iPod, even after so many "next years" have passed. The song is amazing. I first heard it when the film had a brief run on Cinemax circa 1984, and from that moment until today, I've loved it to death.
