If anyone has not watched this show for a long time, you might be surprised at just how great the current season is. Without giving away too much, this season involves the team jumping through time. This allows for a lot of cultural humor, references to other seasons, a significant intersection and continuation (of sorts) with a canceled Marvel TV show, and - best of all for soundtrack fans - changes to the main title to reflect the time period they jump to.
The most recent show has a very funny and very appropriate main title. There are amusing cultural references to James Bond, the Terminator, and even Consumer Reports that are killer bits.
Seriously, this is shaping up to be one of the best seasons. Give it a try.
I love this series, it's been consistently great for a few seasons now. They really found their groove with The Framework plot a few seasons back and just kept going. I'll miss it after it ends this season.
