As a kid I loved to watch CONCENTRATION. You really had to pay attention to remember where things were on the board. It deserves to be revived and take its place alongside WHEEL OF FORTUNE. Of course, JEOPARDY is in a class all by itself.
Hugh Downs was a real gentleman. My family met him on a weekend in the Catskills in upstate NY. He was friendly, outgoing and took pictures with the guest (Polaroids were popular then). He also signed autographs. He came up for the weekend because they were featuring 2 unknown comics, Rodney Dangerfield and Jackie Mason. He may have been scouting for the Tonight Show.
