I don't have an "add to existing order" story, but I can say they are well known to be excellent in terms of customer service, as well as releases. I have had the good fortune of meeting some of the producers at various events over the years (WonderCon, Comi-Con, and a myriad of composer signing events), and can say that they are really cool in person. I also believe that there is not much of a profit margin for these kinds of releases and that they are in this business more out of a passion for these scores than simply making a buck, and I see it in each and every score and post they produce. So I'll just add to the chorus of Kudos.

I discovered The Great 'The Challenge' Issue over a year after they'd reissued the CDs with additional tracks. I emailed, confessing that I had the first release, and would find it quite reasonable to learn that I was likely way too late to request a replacement, and I had it a week later.

Agree with the praise being given for La La Land's customer service. There have only been two times I had any problem with my order. Each time I received the wrong cd. Both times, La La Land told me to keep the cd sent to me by mistake, and quickly sent the correct cd to me.

Totally agree! My Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea set took a lot of tries to reach me. Matt sent out a second set very quickly and then I wound up with two in the same delivery. One is on its way back now, but man, that was a lot of understanding customer service. Thank you!!!
