As a Sondheim fanatic, I must point out that, despite that description, this CD will not feature "the premier release of a song written by Stephen Sondheim specifically for the film". It's true that I Never Do Anything Twice (here labelled The Madam's Song) was not on the original soundtrack LP, and for a long time you could only hear it as newly recorded and sung in various Sondheim revues, etc. However, 10 or 15 years back the original soundtrack version (sung by Regine) was included in the Sony Broadway Masterworks Sondheim box set, The Story So Far, which is still, I believe, in print. Interestingly, it's 2:46 minutes on the box set, and here it's listed at 2:06 minutes. (That box set was also the first place you could get all five of Sondheim's songs for Dick Tracy in their movie soundtrack version). Still, this is a welcome release.
