MONDAY, JULY 27

STAR TREK: DISCOVERY---Season 3 will premiere on October 15.

THE RIGHT STUFF---trailer released for the Disney+ eight-part miniseries based on the book.

FOR ALL MANKIND---trailer released for Season 2.

LINK: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U48vnfP0Rjo

THE WITCHER: BLOOD ORIGIN---Netflix six-part prequel miniseries underway which is set 1,200 years before the original series and "...will tell the tale of the Elven civilization before its fall, and most importantly reveal the forgotten history of the very first Witcher.”

INVINCIBLE---six more members of THE WALKING DEAD have joined the voice cast of the Amazon animated tv series based on the Robert Kirkman comic book. Michael Cudlitz will play Red Rush, Lauren Cohan will play War Woman, Ross Marquand will play Immortal and Aquarius, Lennie James will play Darkwing, Sonequa Martin-Green will play Green Ghost and Chad Coleman will play Martian Man.

STAR WARS---Ray Park, who played Darth Maul in two STAR WARS movies, supposedly posted an Instagram video showing him receiving oral sex from his wife. The video was quickly deleted. Some fans speculate Park's Instagram account was hacked and the video is phony, while others say Park posted the video to get even with his wife after he discovered she had cheated on him. Park and his wife have not commented on the video.

JUSTICE LEAGUE---Zack Snyder said the Snyder Cut will not contain any of Joss Whedon's footage, “I’d destroy the movie before I use a single frame that I didn’t photograph. That is a f***ing hard fact. I’d blow the f***ing thing up.”

TRIVIA---more James Bond movie trivia.
Alfred Hitchcock told director Guy Hamilton that his favorite scene in GOLDFINGER is the little old lady gatekeeper (5' tall Varley Thomas) firing a submachine gun at James Bond and his Aston Martin DB5.

Yeah, Snyder sounds like a complete 'f***ing' prick.

This seems like a quote that reads harsher than if it's spoken.

And why would he use any footage he didn't film? Nothing wrong with that.

Don't get me wrong, the film will still be rubbish, but i don't see anything wrong with what he said.

Not what he said, but how he said it.

I think Snyder is simply playing to the crowd that has demanded the Snyder cut in the first place. Many fans of Man of Steel and Batman vs. Superman hate Justice League, and view it as a horribly compromised mess. To be fair, I can't really disagree about Justice League being a mess, although I am not much of a fan of Snyder's DCEU work, so I don't have any enthusiasm for the Snyder cut. Anyway, so making a big show that it is his original vision will likely excite those interested in his cut.

I'm still finding it hard to fathom that there are really that many human beings on this planet that actually give a shit about the "Snyder Cut" of "Justice League. The Whedon film, while not great, is an OK movie and for the most part was certainly better than the previous Snyder films of Man of Steel and Batman Vs Superman.

I think the screaming DC fan boys on Twittter come across as having a much bigger voice than what the real interest is out there.

I like Snyder's take on the DCU, so I'm looking forward to this. However, it isn't lost on me that "fans" hated his movies and then "fans" demanded his cut of a movie he didn't finish. They'll probably hate this, too. The same people who hated George Lucas for the SW prequels seemed to want him back after the Disney films...

Yeah, Snyder sounds like a complete 'f***ing' prick.

He could've took the high road and been a little classy and said, "No, while I respect my colleague, the Snyder cut will represent what I envisioned."

Also what happened to the story he left the film because of a personal family tragedy? I suspected all along the family tragedy was the excuse and he really got his @ss fired.

His films are wretched. No surprise he is too.

And this is how cynical and skeptical I've become:
I think that most (not all) of the scandalous twaddle on social media these days is deliberately put there by the people involved, just to stay in the public consciousness.

You mean to tell me leaks are really premeditated and not really (unauthorized) leaks?
That takes all the thrill out of it.

Everything you need to know about this trash sub-human is here:

"Everyone says that about "Batman Begins." "Batman's dark." I'm like, "Okay, no, Batman's cool." He gets to go to a Tibetan monastery and be trained by ninjas. Okay? I want to do that. But he doesn't, like, get raped in prison. That could happen in my movie. If you want to talk about dark, that's how that would go."

How is the Astin Martin in Skyfall the same one he crashed into a pile of bricks in Goldfinger?

The car was either built like a tank because it was a 60s-built car and you could just buff out something like that, or MI6 recovered and rebuilt the car.
It was the 2nd I suppose...
