Gouchos are riding...the source music is an awesome grandscale orchestral score ..must be some WESTERN music.Nothing Im aware though...still fantastic...

moolik, this will be of no help whatsoever, but I'd just like you to know that I searched for that sequence on Netflix and listened to it. I don't know what it is. Isn't that great?
But...it does sound like a "real" Western score rather than a pastiche mock-up hurriedly put together. There are hints of Broughton in there, but I'm really out of my depth.
Anyway, any experts out there with Netflix can easily search for the episode and the sequence you mention at the 37-min mark. Hope you get a more satisfactory response than mine!
