PINOCCHIO---Tom Hanks is in talks to play Geppetto in the Robert Zemeckis live-action remake of the 1940 Walt Disney animated movie.





THE MAN FROM NOWHERE---the JOHN WICK team of Derek Kolstad and Chad Stahelski will reunite for this US remake of the South Korean movie about a pawnshop owner who goes on a violent rampage to free a child kidnapped by drug dealers.

EVERYDAY PARENTING TIPS---Ryan Reynolds will star in this Universal Pictures comedy monster movie based on the short story about how to raise children during a monster invasion.

STING---untitled Apple TV+/Robert Downey Jr. tv series about a Canadian detective who sets up a sting to solve a cold case that begins to spiral out of control.

BOSS OF THE BEACH---Darren Aronofsky obtained the tv rights to the magazine article about Peter Stein, head of New York's lifeguard corps for over 40 years which was rife with corruption and drugs.

HIGH FIDELITY---Hulu cancelled the series.

SIREN---Freeform cancelled the series.

TRIVIA---the hit tv movie BRIAN'S SONG was about the friendship between Chicago Bears football players Brian Piccolo (James Caan) and Gale Sayers (Billy Dee Williams). At the movie's end, when Brian is in the hospital dying of cancer, his wife Joy (Shelley Fabares) says, “I love you, Brian—I love you . . .” and Brian replies, “Who’d believe it, Joy—who’d ever believe it. . .”
In reality, Brian was wracked with excruciating pain and pain-killing drugs, and he shouted his last words to Joy, "Can you believe it, Joy? Can you believe this sh*t!"
