KNIGHT RIDER---James Wan is developing a movie based on the NBC tv series that starred David Hasselhoff.
DIRTY DANCING--Jennifer Grey is returning for the Lionsgate sequel to the 1987 hit movie that also starred Patrick Swayze.
A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN---Amazon Studios tv series reboot of the 1992 movie that starred Geena Davis and Tom Hanks. The reboot will explore feminism, sexuality and racism in women's professional baseball. The reboot stars Abbi Jacobson and D'Arcy Carden.
JOHN WICK---Lionsgate announced that JOHN WICK 4 and 5 will be filmed back-to-back.
STAY TUNED---AMC tv series underway based on the 1992 comedy movie that starred John Ritter and Pam Dawber as a married couple who are transported inside their tv into an alternate universe created by the Devil.
SIEGE OF BETHLEHEM---Antoine Fuqua will direct this movie based on the book about three people of different faiths who prevent a full-scale battle between Israeli troops and Palestinian militants who took refuge in a Bethlehem church.
DRACULA---Claes Bang commented on a possible Season 2. "That’s absolutely something that I think is being discussed, but I don’t think there’s any news, at all. I haven’t heard anything. I would be super happy to do one more [season]...I have actually tried to find out if something was happening, but I don’t think they have started the discussions yet. I think what’s going on is that Netflix and the BBC are evaluating how it’s done, and all of that. So, unfortunately, I can’t tell you anything because I don’t know, at this point. I would actually love to know, and I would love to do one more, but there’s no news in that department yet."

TRIVIA---Bob Clark is best known for directing diverse movies including SILENT NIGHT, EVIL NIGHT (BLACK CHRISTMAS); MURDER BY DECREE; PORKY'S and A CHRISTMAS STORY. Somewhat surprisingly, Clark played quarterback at conservative Hillsdale College in Michigan. Clark and hos youngest son were killed in 2007 when their car was struck by an SUV driven by a drunk driver.
