Can you think of any films where the soundtrack "in" the film was censored but the score release wasn't? This is not the same as Aladdin as both the film and soundtrack were censored after the initial release.
Example: in "All Dogs Go To Heaven" during the song "Let Me Be Surprised" a character says "Damn that Carface, I'll kill him". Immediately on home video release the word "Damn" had been edited out of the film, but the full lyric remain on the soundtrack.
Interesting enough in an earlier Don Bluth film, The Secret of NIMH a character exclaims, "Damn!" but its never been censored from the film. Though of course it was not part of a song either.
I'm excluding Rap songs. I think its pretty common to have a censored version in the film and uncensored version on the soundtrack.
Keeping with animation, the first pressings of the ALADDIN soundtrack still have the infamous "where they cut off your ear if they don't like your face" line that Disney altered a few months after the original release. Might be a collector's item these days.
